Real Hot Chocolate made with Fairfield Farm Milk by Trish Deseine

This is the real deal, no cocoa powder in this version but instead rich and silky real chocolate melted into Fairfield Farm’s creamy milk. 

Serves 2-3 | 3 mins prep 

Ingredients

  • 500ml Whole Milk

  • 100g good Dark Chocolate, chopped

  • A swirl of Single Cream if you like


Method

Heat 200ml of the milk in a pan and melt the chocolate into it. When the chocolate has melted, whisk the rest of the milk in for a frothy finish. Make sure it does not boil! Serve piping hot with Lismore Food Company Digestive Biscuits.
