Beef dripping has been used in Irish kitchens for generations. Its high smoke point, distinctive flavour, texture and quality is at the very heart of many classic dishes.

Keep refrigerated 0-5oC. Suitable for home freezing. Once used, Beef dripping may be kept in the fridge for several months or before the use by date. The dripping can be reused up to 5 times: simply strain through a fine sieve.

They concentrate on Hereford and Aberdeen Angus beef. The Hereford has been bred in Ireland since the early 1800s and produces the highest quality marbled beef from grass. They have maintained this tradition on grass feeding, a tradition which produces a beef of surpassing excellence and typicity.

Nutrient rich, high in omega-3 acids, clean, pure and carries great flavour, whether for frying a steak, roasting potatoes or spread onto good bread like lardo.
