Using three aromatic hop varieties—Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic—they have crafted a dry, refreshing, low-calorie drink. Made in small batches, our beverage is unfiltered, unpasteurised, and free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.
King of Kefir ferment their drinks with traditional water kefir grains, which introduce gut-friendly cultures. These cultures also naturally carbonate the drink through a 14-day process known as bottle or can conditioning.
Triple filtered water, apple juice (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), lemon juice, hops (Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic), Lemon zest, sea salt, water kefir culture.
Vegan friendly, dairy-free, non-alcoholic, gluten free, very low calorie, suitable for diabetics, no preservatives or stabilisers, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and contains live cultures.

King of Kefir have a simple ambition to produce a healthier, light and refreshing alternatives to high sugar or artificially sweetened soft drinks. Their hand crafted water kefir drinks are produced in small batches in the Chocolate Factory, in the heart of Dublin.
Water kefir is a live culture fermented beverage which is teeming with beneficial and gut friendly bacteria and yeast. They use market fresh, organic and/or fair trade ingredients where available and their drinks are sweetened using the extract from the stevia plant.
Each bottle takes approximately three weeks before it’s gentle fizz is ready to be enjoyed. King of Kefir drinks are gluten free and dairy free and are suitable for vegans and diabetics.
