Chipotle Burger Sauce
1 part Garnacha Chipotle + 3 parts mayo + Lemon juice: Smear, dip, repeat.
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thighs (cubed)
- 3 tbsp Garnacha Chipotle Salsa
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- In a bowl, mix salsa, oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Skewer and grill until charred and cooked through.
- Serve with grilled corn and extra salsa on the side.
