Established in 2017, Viking Irish Drinks at Dennison’s Farm began cider production in 2019. It is now an award-winning vineyard and cidery based in Co. Waterford, Ireland. Founded by entrepreneur David Dennison. It’s the perfect chance to discover something new and meet the makers behind these bold, award-winning drinks!

Known for their award-winning smoked organic salmon, smoked chicken and smoked Silverhill duck breast, Ummera has been perfecting their craft in County Cork for over 40 years. Come by, meet the team, and enjoy a delicious sample of some of Ireland’s finest smoked delicacies!
