The Retail Excellence Ireland Top125 stores are part of the AIB Merchant Services Retail Excellence Awards, which is the largest and most prestigious awards of their kind in Ireland. 

The selection process entailed store entrants being visited by a mystery shopper, with those exceeding service and standards criteria making it to the Top125.

We are so proud of Team Ardkeen, whose dedication to maintaining top quality customer service and a safe welcoming store environment never wavered during these exceptional few months.

The next phase will select just 30 stores across Ireland who can demonstrate the 10 pillars of Retail Excellence, before being whittled down to the Top5 finalists and finally an overall Retailer of The Year, which will be awarded at a virtual ceremony in November.
