Pizza in a jiffy by Trish Deseine

I’ve kept these down to a glorious 5 ingredients which give a mix of creamy, crispy, salty, juicy and aromatic. All you could ever want on your pizza, really. But of course you are free to play around and add to your heart’s content. 

Serves 4 | 5 mins prep | 10 mins cooking

Ingredients

  • 4 Da Piero Pizza Bases

  • 3 packets Buffalo Mozzarella

  • A dozen or so cherry tomatoes

  • 1 packet Happy Pear pea shoots

  • Spinach, rocket or seaweed pesto


Method

Pre heat the oven to 220C.
Drain the mozzarella, tear it up and dot it around the pizza bases. Add the tomato halves and spread a little pesto over them.
Bake in a very hot oven until the base is crispy and the mozzarella bubbling.
Add the pea shoots and salad leaves and serve right away
