Ingredients
- 200g strong white bread flour
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- 1/3 tsp dried yeast
- 170ml tepid water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 230C.
Place the flour and salt into large bowl and make a well in the bowl.
Dissolve the yeast in water and stir in the oil.
Pour the yeast and water mix into the flour well and knead for well for 5mins until tacky.
Cover the bowl with a cloth for 45 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4, roll into balls and roll out to 15/20” diameter.
Place the rolled out dough on a flat, oiled baking sheet.
Bake for 5-10 min until bubbly and light.
Tear to eat and enjoy!
