Spicy Mango Yoghurt Dip with Seeds by Trish Deseine

This is the best little cheat’s trick to have up your sleeve. It’s great for impromptu drinks and a good addition to the kids’ weekday supper – especially if you have not-so-fresh bread which you need to use up. The dipping can also be done with oatcakes, raw celery, cauliflower and tomatoes.

Serves 4 | 2 mins prep 


  • 300g Glenilen Live Yoghurt

  • 1 Tablespoon Hellman’s Mayonnaise

  • 1 good heaped tablespoon Green Saffron Mango or Big Red KitchenTomato Chutney

  • A handful of mixed seeds

  • Wholemeal pitta or any good grainy bread, toasted


Mix the mayonnaise into the yoghurt then swirl the chutney through and pour into a bowl. Top with the seeds and serve with the bread torn into pieces alongside.
