Healthy Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries by Aileen Cox Blundell

 

Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 400ml full-fat tinned coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blitz on high speed until the mixture becomes a smooth, silky chocolatey sauce.

Pour into ramekins and leave to set in the fridge overnight or use as is for a yummy chocolate sauce – it will magically turn into a delicious chocolate mousse!
