Cranberry & Orange Jelly by Martin Dwyer

This makes a delicious alternative to breakfast marmalade if you are lucky enough to be left with some Cranberries after Christmas.

Makes 2 pots | 10 mins prep 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cranberries

  • 1 lb. Sureset sugar

  • Grated zest and juice of a large Orange

Method

Put the Cranberries, orange juice and zest into a pot with the sugar and heat gradually to a boil.  

Boil together for 3 minutes exactly.  

Push through a sieve.  

Pot in the usual way.
