Ingredients
- 30ml Naturally Cordial Lemon & Passionfruit
- 10ml Naturally Cordial Orange & Cranberry | 15 ml Naturally Cordial Orange & Cranberry
- 50ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin | 50ml Poacher’s Soda Water
- 25ml Poacher’s Soda Water
- Ice
- Garnish with passionfruit
Method
Mix the Naturally Cordial Lemon & Passionfruit and Orange & Cranberry with Dublin City Gin in a blender, on fast, for a few seconds or until really frothy. Pour into a chilled glass and top with Poacher’s Soda Water. Garnish with Passionfruit, serve immediately.
To create the mocktail, Mix the Naturally Cordial Lemon & Passionfruit and Orange & Cranberry in a blender with ice until well mixed. Pour into a highball glass. Top with Poacher’s Soda Water and garnish with Passionfruit.
