Clover Club by Jackford Gin

Ingredients

40ml Jackford Potato Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Egg Whites
5 Raspberries

Method

In a Coupe/Martini. Everything in a shaker, muddle dry shake, hard shake, fine strain. Garnish with Lemon twist on a Raspberry flag.
