Caught fresh from Dunmore East and delivered to us each morning, supplemented with a range of fish from abundant Irish coastline and around the world.

As ever we work with seasonality so dependent on weather conditions and time of year you will find everything from fresh salmon, lemon sole and red snapper to tiger prawns, mussels and scallops.

Our fishmongers are happy to prepare your selection for cooking, boning and skinning as required and can even offer a ready to cook pack which incorporates the seasoning of your choice in a sealed ready to pop in the oven bag for complete convenience.
