Location: Ardkeen Quality Food Store, Dunmore Road, Waterford
Part-Time : 15- 25 hours per week

We are seeking someone commited to a long-term career, deleveringexcellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety in a busy retail environment.

Please note: this role involves daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at the Butcher Counter
• Preparing and maintaining high-quality meat displays
• Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the counter area

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous butchery experience preferred but not essential
• HACCP training or knowledge advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality food and the importance of teamwork
