Ditty’s Home Bakery is a thriving third-generation bakery based in Castledawson, Northern Ireland. It’s delicious sweet and savoury biscuits are handmade using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Robert Ditty is known far and wide for his inspirational work in promoting Northern Ireland’s unique bakery tradition.

These are handmade with soft oats from County Armagh and include organic buttermilk, a rich by-product of butter making which lends a distinctive flavour to Northern Irish regional baking, These oatcakes are golden in colour, have a just-baked crispness and open texture.
