Margaret Fleming and her team make delicious desserts and scrumptious baked goods using real butter and eggs, avoiding all artificial additives. Her guiding principle is always to use the best quality ingredients in order to produce the best tasting products. Margaret regularly introduces new seasonal ranges to the store, so apart from her tasty cupcakes and tarts, Margaret produces amazing chocolate puddings, traditional fruit puddings and mince pies at Christmas. Not one to stick to convention she has also come up with an amazing Pedro Ximenez (Sherry) Butter to rival any brandy butter you’ve ever tasted, it’s so good we’ve been known to eat it straight from the jar!
