Rachel & Brian Nolan are determined not only to deliver the purest and most nutritious (dairy free!) alternative to dairy ice cream, but importantly one that is also creamy, indulgent, and tastes incredibly good. The result is nobó Ireland's first dairy & gluten free ice cream made from the natural goodness of coconut milk and avocado. ‘Free-from’ products often contain artificial and unhealthy ingredients that Rachel & Brian feel are unnecessary and compromise their overall integrity. They simply use a few natural, highly nutritious ingredients that also happen to be ‘free from’ dairy, and nothing else. No gums, stabilizers, preservatives or additives. Nothing but goodness. Due to the nature of the product, they cannot source all of the raw ingredients from Ireland (pity, but not a great climate for coconuts!) but they strive to use local produce wherever possible. We also love their clever play on words ‘bó’ is the Irish for cow!
