Flahavan’s

The Flahavan’s family has been milling oats in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford for over 200 years.  Now in its seventh generation, the company continues to source its quality wholegrain oats locally from growers based within a 60 mile radius of its Mill.

Nestled just beneath the Comeragh Mountains, Flahavan’s are perfectly located to benefit from optimal climate and soil conditions, which help produce world-class oats year after year.  Best-known for its Progress Oatlets, the company has a wide array of oat-based products in its range including Organic Oats, Gluten Free Oats, Granola, Muesli, Flapjacks as well as its recently launched Oat Drinks range.

Walsh's Bakehouse

Meet Michael and Dermot Walsh, third generation bakers of the Walsh family. The Walsh family started their own bakery almost thirty years ago. Situated on Mount Sion Avenue, Waterford City.

They inherited the family commitment to doing things right. At Walsh’s Bakehouse, they strive for excellence in baking traditional breads and are proud to be one of the makers of the Waterford Blaa (PGI), one of Ireland’s protected foods.

Cocoa By Judit

Judit McNally’s journey with chocolate started long before Cocoa by Judit was founded. With over 20 years of experience in confectionery and baking, she trained in Sweden before returning home to Ireland to craft chocolates that are as artistic as they are indulgent.

Judit McNally has perfected the craft of hand-painted, small-batch chocolates, bringing together artistry, flavour, and locally sourced ingredients. For her, chocolate is more than a treat – it’s an expression of creativity and indulgence, designed to be savoured.

Nutshed

Evie & Eliza, food makers, sisters and the owners of Nutshed, grew up knowing all about food seasonality and provenance, thanks to their Irish food champion parents, Peter and Mary Ward, who own Country Choice in Nenagh.
Their Peanut Butters have no added oil, especially not palm oil! Slather it onto treats, use it in your cooking – from porridge to satays to rice bowls or like us topping our toast with banana and raw honey Edible heaven!

Great Food, direct from our community of Irish Producers, Growers & Farmers.
We view our supplier relationships as a collaboration and strive to nurture them, which means we now have a range of Irish artisan food which surpasses all competition in terms of quality and provenance.
