A blend of West of Dingle Sea salt and ethically farmed spices combined to produce a deep smokey, sweet umami flavour bomb.
Use as a dry rub or mix with olive oil or yogurt as a marinade. Delicious sprinkled on meat, fish and veggies before frying, roasting ,grilling or baking. This sweet and smokey rub will enhance whatever food you sprinkle it on.
Keep in a cool dry place.
West of Dingle is a family run gourmet artisan sea salt producer based in Ballyferriter, hand harvesting sea salt from the Wild Atlantic Ocean surrounding the Dingle peninsula .
Founded in early 2021 by Brian Farrell and his wife Marie. Brian is a chef with an extensive culinary career, history and a creative approach to flavouring, the business has quickly developed a range of premium and innovative gourmet sea salts.
The high quality of the offering has been recognised through winning Blás na hEireann awards in 2021. All three flavours won gold awards, a first for any food producer in the competition to have its entire range win gold awards.
The innovative nature of the flavours has been recognised through recommendations from celebrity chef Donal Skehan and John and Sally McKenna best in Ireland 2022.
Production methods are sustainable and employ traditional fire evaporation method to harvest and produce the natural product range in an eco-friendly manner.
