Pizza Da Piero
Piero's pizza bases are handcrafted by Gianpiero De Vallier, an Italian artisan baker along with his team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. Delicately handcrafted since 2007, his bases bring authentic Italian pizza flavour to your kitchen table. The bases are made using only 6 ingredients of wheat flour, soya flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and yeast, and are made over a two day period of fermentation. This process is used very rarely by other bread and pizza manufacturers because so much skill and time is required, but you can be sure that Piero knows what he's doing. The result is that his dough is the most light, digestible and flavoursome you can find. This award winning pizza is fast becoming a Friday night pizza staple in many homes across the country!
