Josef and Marianne Finke set up their organic farm near Cahir, in 1983 producing wholesome organic flours and porridge oats and creating an organic awareness in Ireland, for both grain farmers and also organic beef and lamb producers through Good Herdsmen Ltd. This is a true family of Food Heroes!
