Since 1886 we have been selecting the best durum wheat grown in Italy and in the rest of the world, ground in our mill in Italy, in order to guarantee a whole wheat pasta with unique qualities and perfect cooking.
The low-temperature drying typical of the "De Cecco Method" ensures that on tasting the pasta brings out a "high intensity of aromas and a decisive taste without any bitterness" as tests with sensor instruments have indicated.
De Cecco whole wheat pasta "wholly" contains the parts of the kernel including the precious wheatgerm.
We have always used course bronze dies to make the pasta porous to better capture the sauce.
De Cecco whole wheat pasta is naturally rich in fiber and phosphorus and is a natural source of protein, iron, thiamin, magnesium and zinc.
May contain traces of soy.
