Crowe's Outdoor Reared Pork Sausages are made using 82% pork shoulder meat and their unique blend of spices, they are filled into collagen casings before being packaged for you. The shoulder meat comes from pigs that are allowed to root in the fields and roam freely to pursue their natural instincts of rooting for food. Delicious for breakfast or any meal. 6 jumbo sausages per pack.

Crowe's Farm

Producing a range of artisan, 100% natural, local bacon products such as Rashers, Sausages, Puddings and Bacon Joints in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary; from farm to fork Crowes Farm is managed by a member of the Crowe family. The outdoor reared pigs are hand reared by John Paul Crowe before being processed by TJ Crowe in a state of the art family butchery. Hand-reared, hand-crafted and hand-packaged – on a real family farm - these guys deserve the title of artisan producer. Their thickly sliced bacon has no shrinkage or residue when cooking and their sausages are made using 82% pork shoulder meat blended with spices and filled into natural casings, in word –quality!
