Our Dry Cure Rashers are cut from backs that have been cured by hand with our special blend of salt and sugar; they are then matured for one week before being sliced into Rashers. The result is thickly sliced bacon with no shrinkage or residue when cooking, low in salt, perfect for breakfast or any meal.

Crowe's Farm

Producing a range of artisan, 100% natural, local bacon products such as Rashers, Sausages, Puddings and Bacon Joints in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary; from farm to fork Crowes Farm is managed by a member of the Crowe family. The outdoor reared pigs are hand reared by John Paul Crowe before being processed by TJ Crowe in a state of the art family butchery. Hand-reared, hand-crafted and hand-packaged – on a real family farm - these guys deserve the title of artisan producer. Their thickly sliced bacon has no shrinkage or residue when cooking and their sausages are made using 82% pork shoulder meat blended with spices and filled into natural casings, in word –quality!
