Irelands oldest city, settled by the Vikings, and the home of coffee. When we put these together we get Viking City Roast. From Guatemala, Honduras and Brazil, this sweet coffee is a great all-day coffee, perfect in a cafetiere or a drip filter coffee maker. Great in an Aero Press too.

Coffee House Lane of Waterford

Ponticelli® Espresso was created in 2009 in Waterford by Father and Son team, Mark and Stephen Bergin. The pair who have been in the coffee industry for several years as agents for imported coffee brands had grown tired of the lack of a quality local offering in the south east of Ireland, so they set about researching roasting equipment, and coffee recipes. And so, the Ponticelli® range was born, quickly growing a reputation for quality coffee, produced locally. It’s a unique blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans roasted and blended in Waterford in small batches of 15kg to maintain a high level of quality control.
