Our Centenary blend, launched to commemorate one hundred years since the Easter Rising of 1916, comes from Malawi, Sumatra and Brazil, bringing the best of different coffee worlds together. This Arabica coffee has rich, deep and earthy flavours and is a perfect way to start the day.

Coffee House Lane of Waterford

Ponticelli® Espresso was created in 2009 in Waterford by Father and Son team, Mark and Stephen Bergin. The pair who have been in the coffee industry for several years as agents for imported coffee brands had grown tired of the lack of a quality local offering in the south east of Ireland, so they set about researching roasting equipment, and coffee recipes. And so, the Ponticelli® range was born, quickly growing a reputation for quality coffee, produced locally. It’s a unique blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans roasted and blended in Waterford in small batches of 15kg to maintain a high level of quality control.
