We do not include pricing details unless required by customs authorities in destination country. Please be aware the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs formalities and charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link where you can check the progress of your delivery.

You cannot redeem your spend in-store gift voucher on ardkeen.com. However, if you wish to avail of a gift voucher for online use, you may do so by purchasing our spend online gift voucher.

Your spend online gift voucher is unique to use on ardkeen.com. This is an excellent alternative for those who can't visit us instore, allowing us to reach our consumer base both near and far. click through to purchase a spend online gift voucher.

Great news! none of our gift vouchers come with an expiration date.

online orders and delivery

Where you wish to have your order delivered on a preferred date, please include the date in the “order notes” box as you check out; we will deliver as close to your selected date as possible.

To ensure you chilled orders are fresh on arrival, we use SorbaFreeze Chilled Packaging.

These gel packs are created from FDA & EU food safe natural salt-based polymer which has no negative environmental issues- perfectly safe to touch and dispose of even in a domestic environment. These Sorbatek packs are also highly sustainable and can be refrozen for multiple use.

(If ingested seek medical advice only due to the moisture absorption nature of the polymer)

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a card with the contact & instruction details. You can then contact them directly to re-schedule delivery or arrange to collect your order at your local post office. Please ensure to check your tracking code issued by email.

If you wish to leave your package with a neighbour, you must input their address into the shipping fields when completing your order.

At present, we do not have a Click-And-Collect service. However, please keep an eye our home page and subscribe to our newsletter for updates regarding online orders. We are constantly developing on our available services.
