We do not include pricing details unless required by customs authorities in destination country. This is noted to the right of each country on our Shipping policy page.

Please be aware the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs formalities and charges.

On occasion when our team are picking your order a particular item may be out of stock. If so, and to avoid disappointment, we will include a suitable substitution of excellent quality and price to replace the original item. If no suitable substitutions are available, a refund will be issued.

If you do not wish to receive a substitution please let us know in the additional notes during check out.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link where you can check the progress of your delivery.

Due to BREXIT, there may be further charges incurred on packages going to the UK. Please note, these charges are out of our control and are payable by the recipient of the package.

These charges may be as follows:

- Customs duty

- Excise Duty

- Import VAT

A clearance fee for the implementation of any of the above may also be incurred.

From 29 August 2025; parcels over $100 – taxes of minimum 15% to the value of the item will now be applied & will have to be paid by the receiving customer before it can be delivered.

• The recipient customer in the USA must pay the taxes before the item can be delivered.
• Our courier will contact the purchaser by email provided at time of purchase.
• A time frame of 5 calendar days applies for the customer to pay.
• If not paid, the item will be returned to our store.

None of our gift vouchers come with an expiration date.

Where you wish to have your order delivered on a preferred date, please include the date in the “order notes” box as you check out; we will deliver as close to your selected date as possible.

Products marked with a blue chilled tag require a storage temperature of 0-5oC.

To achieve this during transit; we pack the products within our thermal liners and leave in our fridge overnight. Just before our courier collects we add frozen gel packs, and seal the box to trap the cold air inside. Our thermal liners are 100% recyclable, made from recycled kraft paper. Test results show that the thermal liners will keep products below -2°C or between 2°C – 8°C for up to 48 hours.

These gel packs are created from FDA & EU food safe natural salt-based polymer which has no negative environmental issues- perfectly safe to touch and dispose of even in a domestic environment. These Sorbatek packs are also highly sustainable and can be refrozen for multiple use.

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a card with the contact & instruction details. You can then contact them directly to re-schedule delivery or arrange to collect your order at your local post office. Please ensure to check your tracking code issued by email.

If you wish to leave your package with a neighbour, you must input their address into the shipping fields when completing your order.

At present, we do not have a Click-And-Collect service.
