Naturally Cordial

The brain child of Clodagh Davis in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Naturally Cordial is made from organic citrus fruits and Wexford soft fruit giving it a fantastic taste. Clodagh keeps it simple, only using four ingredients: water, fruit, sugar and a small quantity of citric acid. The cordials are pasteurised to ensure a long shelf life. Flavours available currently are Lemon & Lime, Lemon & Raspberry, Orange & Lemon, Pink Grapefruit, Aromatic Lemon, Wexford Blackcurrant and three strawberry flavours (made from fresh Wexford strawberries of course!): Strawberry/Cucumber/Lime, Strawberry & Raspberry and Strawberry & Pink Grapefruit.   This is a little bit more special than your run of the mill squash, try mixing with still or sparkling water or try it hot with spices such as cloves, star anise and ginger.
