Ireland's only handmade all butter pastry. Roll It Pastry is perfect if you don’t have the time or inclination to make your own pastry. The pastry is handmade by the cool hands of Mairead Finnegan, in her home in Crossakiel, Kells, Co. Meath. Mairead places huge importance on making pastry in the traditional manner using only natural Irish ingredients; free from additives, preservatives and colourings. Mairead has two products in the range, a rich Sweet Shortcrust Pastry (made with unbleached flour, enriched with free range egg yolk and sweetened with sugar and real vanilla) and a Plain Shortcrust Pastry Pack (unsweetened pastry that can be used for sweet or savoury tarts, light in texture and can be used as a substitute for flaky pastry) Both come frozen making it the perfect time saving convenience without compromising on quality.
