I'm the proud owner of Ponaire Coffee .

When I took over Ponaire in late 2025, I knew I was stepping into something special. For more than 20 years, Ponaire has been roasting exceptional coffee, building lasting relationships, and serving communities across Ireland. My goal was never to change what made Ponaire great, but to build on it.

As a proudly independent, women-led business, we're passionate about sourcing great coffees, roasting them with care in Tipperary, and sharing them with coffee lovers across Ireland and beyond.
