Nobó believe that simplicity, and the best ingredients lie at the heart of good food. So they didn't mess around with it when it came to their spreads. To create their Roasted Pistachio caramelly spread they freshly roast the finest quality pistachios (50%) in small batches, and carefully blend them with cashew nuts, coconut sugar and extra virgin olive oil to create the most luxurious velvety spread. With zero refined sugar or palm oil, this pistachio spread is silky-smooth in texture, and slightly sweet with an earthy nutty flavour that is quite simply divine.
Drizzle over Frozen Goodness, add to a tray of baked brownies, drizzle on an open faced savoury sandwich, spoon into a morning smoothie, dollop onto overnight oats, disrupt the traditional PBJ sandwich, the combinations are endless for this little jar of pure luxury. Use it as a sauce, topping, frosting or simply enjoy it straight from the spoon. We just need to warn you that this is deliciously addictive!

Rachel & Brian Nolan use just a few simple ingredients, sourced from the best suppliers, made in small batches, and as sustainably as possible. No gums, stabilizers, preservatives or additives. Nothing but goodness. Due to the nature of the product, they cannot source all of the raw ingredients from Ireland (pity, but not a great climate for coconuts!) but they strive to use local produce wherever possible.
