Conor spent over a year developing his unique plant-based recipe and takes pride in sourcing ethical ingredients, such as vanilla from Papua New Guinea and sea salt from Achill Island.
The commitment to sustainability is evident through use of recyclable and compostable packaging and maintaining a zero-waste kitchen.
The brand offers a range of flavours, including chocolate cookie made using their signature 52% chocolate ganache and handmade 'free-from' cookies and their Madagascan Vanilla with Achill Sea salt.
