Raw Irish Honey.
Whitfield Honey is the continuation of a family beekeeping tradition. Owner Conor spent years studying and learning the art and the craft of managing bees from his grandfather. Conor then ventured to Australia to understand how a fulltime beekeeping operation would work before returning home to continue the family tradition.
Whitfield Honey is produced from the wildflowers of Butlerstown and its surrounding areas. The local flowers provide Whitfield Honey with its unique floral taste and distinct fruity undertones. In addition to its wonderful taste, Whitfield Honey has many positive health benefits which it makes it a must for everyone’s shopping basket!
