All sausages have a minimum of 75% meat content and all of that meat is sourced from butchers in Cork and Waterford. We sell their Irish Traditional Breakfast, Cumberland, Pork & Leek, Sweet Italian and Garlic & Herb sausages as well as their Gourmet Selection.
