Ruby red, very complex on the nose with an intense range of fruit aromas, especially ripe strawberry, spicy notes of black pepper, mocha and vanilla. Firm, sweet, smooth palate with elegant tannins. Intense wine with an enjoyable, velvety, persistent finish. 

Emiliana's ECO range is a very fine project that shows the direction that many in Chile would like to go, but that few are able to achieve. This Sauvignon Blanc shows that there can be real differences between what one considers normal Sauvignon and a wine that is worthy of second consideration and enjoyment. With greater intensity, layers of yellow and green flavour, this is a more rewarding wine than many other Sauvignon Blancs at the same price. A very fine wine that deserves to be commended as much as enjoyed.
