From the World's Oldest Licensed Whiskey Distillery this limited edition, was finished in Marsala casks, maturing for 10 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon and a further 15 years in marsala casks gives the unique single malt aromas of dried fruits and spices giving way to flavours of caramelised brown sugar, black coffee, and a long finish with warming ginger undertones.

Nose:full-bodied with an intriguing aroma of dried fruit, spices and charred wood notes. 

Taste: This triple wood aged malt has a deep rich honey character with spiced fruit undertones and pleasing notes of sweet nuts derived from oloroso sherry casks. The marsala wine cask imparts notes of caramelised brown sugar with hints of char and roasted black coffee to create a perfectly balanced single malt whiskey.

Finish: complex flavours linger on the plate in a long finish with hints of warming ginger.
