This award winning classic Seville Orange Marmalade is made with the very best Seville oranges picked at their peak. The traditional open pot boiling method is used to make this and all of their preserves and it is set using pectin gathered from soaking the pips of the Oranges. It’s worth taking the trouble – the results are in the taste!
