Ciara O'Dowd was raised in a five star guesthouse in Wexford renowned for its food and hospitality, where her love of baking and developing recipes was nurtured. Ciara uses only the freshest ingredients, often sourced from her own garden. You will never find artificial colours, flavourings preservatives or sweeteners on her ingredient lists, the jellies are made from apples and pectin stock made from scratch.
