Grown, fermented & bottled in Kilkenny at Highbank Organic Orchards. Highbank believe that to create the very best ACV, no sprays should touch our orchards. Highbank orchards have become natures playground with bees, microbes, fungi, good bacteria, animals & plants living in perfect harmony. During the creation of their ACV, they don’t have to interrupt the natural process to add yeast and bacteria. Why? There is an abundant amount of the appropriate microbes already present due to the chemical free way they grow their apples.

Highbank Mother is Irish, alive and kicking, the force is strong in her. The mother is the strands of protein, gut-friendly probiotic bacteria that you’ll find in the ACV. She is so strong because she is formed within the undisturbed organic symbiosis of their orchards.
