That means they use only natural ingredients bought as locally as possible - the kind of ingredients granny would recognise. the story of the producer

West Cork Biscuit Co.

Produced by Jane and Richard Graham-Leigh in their small bakery just outside Dunmanway since 2003, these cookies are made by hand. The cookie dough is made in small batches, portioned, shaped, then baked in a traditional oven. Because every cookie produced is individually hand-made no two ever look exactly alike but due to Jane and Richard using the best local ingredients possible, they are all equally delicious. Ingredients like unsalted West Cork butter ensure the cookies melt in the mouth and fresh free-range eggs are from a small farm near Clonakilty in West Cork, most of the flour, oats and other ingredients used in their range are also Irish. However some ingredients are sourced further afield like the Belgian chocolate which goes into our favourites ‘ Baci Di Dama’, Italian for ‘Lady’s Kisses’ - two light almond biscuits sandwiched with rich, dark Belgian chocolate…heaven.
