Salsa Verde is a daily staple on the streets of Mexico City and Peubla, where locals pour it over enchiladas and fish dishes in particular. It's naturally very healthy, with up to 15 X less sugar compared to ketchup or sweet chilli sauce and made from fresh, 100% natural, fire-roasted vegetables, chillies and spices!

This Salsa combines tangy, citrusy flavours with herby undertones, finished off with a signature blast of heat. 

It has a refreshing and slightly sharp flavour, created using a traditional method of fire roasting fresh tomatoes, peppers and onions over fire and infusing them with Jalapeño chillies, lime juice, and a blend of Latin spices, before blitzing to create a truly authentic salsa.
