Raw Cider Vinegar has been used as a natural treatment for millennia. Our unfiltered, unpasteurised Cider Vinegar contains a living bacterial culture. Once opened & exposed to air, the naturally occurring bacteria may produce a string or jelly-like substance known as 'Mother' which is considered beneficial. To use in the manner prescribed by Hippocrates, dilute two teaspoons of vinegar in water & add a little honey to taste.
