A delicious fruity twist on a healthy breakfast. Flahavan's are passionate about oats and have selected the finest wholegrain oats and blended them with real red apple pieces, californian raisins and a hint of cinnamon to give you a delicious breakfast porridge. Whats great about oats? Flahavan's oats are nutritious, warming food that are a source of wholegrain goodness, naturally high in fibre and low in salt and saturated fat and slowly release energy to keep you going between meals. Our Real fruit porridge apple&raisin variety contains no added sugar other than those naturally occuring in the fruit . Cooking instructions: Hob(serves 2)- Stir one cup (80g) of Flahavan's Real fruit porridge in 2 & half cups( 500 ml) of cold wter or milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for for 3 minutes stirring continuously. You will notice the fruits expand as they absorb water as part of the cooking process. Microwave- Stir half a cup (40g) of Flahavan's Real fruit porridge with one cup (220ml) of cold water/milk, in deep bowm allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the ots to cook. Microwave on high for 2 & half minutes, stir and serve. Based on a 900W microwave. This pack contains 15 (40g) servings of Flahavan's real fruit porridge apple & raisen.
