Ciara's Pantry

Ciara O'Dowd was raised in a five star guesthouse in Wexford renowned for its food and hospitality, where her love of baking and developing recipes was nurtured. Now with a family of her own, Ciara has never stopped coming up with new recipes which is evident in her delicious range of natural, handmade chutneys, salad dressings, sweet & savoury jellies, jams & marmalades. All are made in small batches using traditional methods, every mouthful a testament to the work and care that goes into each handmade jarful of loveliness. Ciara uses only the freshest ingredients, often sourced from her own garden. You will never find artificial colours, flavourings preservatives or sweeteners on her ingredient lists, the jellies are made from apples and pectin stock made from scratch. Best of all Ciara includes serving suggestions for every jar of natural goodness to help turn your meal into a gastronomic delight. Just twist the lid!
