This medium bodied wine is bright pale yellow with a steely hue. The nose has hints of white fruit like apricot, grapefruit and melon. With a floral background, the taste is fresh and tasty, with flavours of apple on the palate leading in to a nice bitter finish. Mouthwatering acidity.
