Hailing from West Cork where the craic is mighty, these tasty little pork treats were cooked up by the Matt, a Kiwi chef who arrived here in 2008 with an idea that would change how the Irish snack forever. These little gems of pork rind are seasoned and cooked to perfection... as Matt only knows how.
Irish Pork Pig Rind (95%), Smokey BBQ Glaze (5%), (sugar, maltodextrin, salt, modified maize and tapioca starch, flavouring (soya), acidity regulator: (citric acid), colours: [caramel, sulphites) and paprika tomato, thickener: xanthan gum, smoke flavouring (0.6%), garlic onion, spices, capsicum extract).
