Camelina oil has been part of our diet for the past 2,000 years. Contains 3 times more Omega 3 than Rapeseed oil and has a recommended ratio of Omega 3 to 6 of 2:1. Camelina is a source of Vitamin E. At our farm in the Boyne Valley all our seeds are grown, cold pressed and bottled in a small batches resulting in a high quality fresh natural product.
