Aged under Flor for at least 3 years. Delicate almond flavour with zesty orchard fruit and showing marked salinity due to the Bodega’s close proximity to the sea in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Irish connection as owner's (wife of the duo) grandmother is from Tipperary.
