Organic and Biodynamic

Thomas and Anne-Laure are the 7th generation of Winegrowers on the family estate of Domaine de la Bonne-Tonne located in Morgon, one of the ten Beaujolais crus.

This “Grands-Cras” is 100% Gamay and cultivated on land mainly composed of granite which makes it a mineral wine, with spice and character. Aromas of cranberry, baking spices, fresh cherry, violets and under ripe plum on the nose. The palate has cranberry and baking spices with smooth tannins and good minerality on the finish. It is light bodied and extremely vibrant and fresh.

Pair with roasted turkey, a berry salad with pomegranate & blackberries, or a savoury pear & fig tart. This cuvée is vinified naturally without yeasts or additives added during vinification.  A minimal dose of SO2 is added. Drink right away or has aging potential of up to 10 years.
